Matt heads Exagen’s Last Mile Development & Construction function, delivering projects from Ready-to-Build (RTB) through to Commercial Operation Date (COD). His primary focus is on ensuring projects consistently meet their investment case, thereby optimizing returns for our projects, partners and stakeholders.

With a strong background spanning engineering design and project management, Matt brings valuable experience gained from roles within owner-operator, consultancy, and fund asset management environments. His career, encompassing the rigorous standards of UK civil nuclear, compressed gas, and solar, provides Exagen’s projects with robust technical understanding, strategic oversight, and HSE custodianship, supporting successful asset delivery.
