Mark Rowcroft (Development Director) and Andrew Mott (Planning Manager), from our Delivery team, discussed the tangible benefits of solar farming with Robert Llwellyn.

Throughout the podcast, Mark and Andrew shared insights into how we are enhancing energy projects at Exagen. As mentioned by Mark, we are actively interested in integrating local communities into solar farming. We’ve been exploring this in many ways, such as: poly tunnels for food production, hosting apiaries for bee keepers, speaking to local allotment owners, and talking about having space for them within our solar projects. 

Following this, Andrew also highlighted our agri-voltaic approach – combining farming with energy production and how this will look within large scale environments.
